This painting is called Bouldogue Blue. I love the reflections on the wet sidewalk. The street is in the 15th arrondissement of Paris - rue de la Convention. It has a fantastic market three days a week.

L'heure bleue is the time of day when the sun is gone from the sky and the light is blue. The sky is an intense blue for hours in Paris. The Parisian blue hour is my main inspiration
